Audit Committee
The Audit Committee assists the Board of Directors in its oversight of the integrity of the Association’s financial statements, the qualifications and independence of independent auditors, and the performance of independent auditors and the internal audit function.

Memberships Committee
The Memberships Committee is responsible for the protection of information in all matters relating to the collection, maintenance, dissemination, and dissolution of memberships and membership fees and assists the Board of Directors in its function.
Nominating Committee
The Nominating Committee aims to attract qualified Members to run for election to the Board and to identify applicants who can best fill any skills gaps on the Board. ECCA seeks to maintain a Board comprised of talented and dedicated directors with a diverse mix of expertise, experience, skills and backgrounds.
