COMMUNITY GUIDELINES: This is a community page designed for neighbors to come together. We welcome friendly and open conversation, however we reserve the right to remove posts which are inappropriate, offensive or are promoting business interests. We encourage residents to share their input and feedback on community issues, but please be aware that often the most effective course of action is to contact the City of Calgary directly at 311. The comments we receive here on Facebook and in-person at our monthly meetings will help guide us in sharing what’s important to the residents of Evanston-Creekside. ECCA board members are volunteers and may not be able to respond immediately to all inquiries. We keep a close eye on our page and will do our best to answer to the best of our knowledge.

This summer, the Vivo Play Project’s new Play Ambassadors are bringing their unique brand of fun and loose parts into North Central Calgary communities!

In June they are starting with regular play dates in Panorama Hills, Beddington Heights, Coventry Hills and Huntington Hills, and will begin attending community events throughout the North Central communities.

In July and August we will be expanding our regular play dates into Nolan Hill and Livingston, with “Fire Pit Fridays” and more community events elsewhere in North Central Calgary.

Getting a $3 million home for $35 and a picture of your pet seems like a good trade.

The owners of a custom built inner-city home are counting on just that, hoping to sell at least 100,000 entry tickets for the 4,400 square foot Mount Royal mansion.

The entry fee allows you to submit a photo of your pet and the best picture wins, with three runner-up prizes of $50,000 each.

Think your furry friend can win? Show us their glam shot below!

Just a friendly reminder this morning:

Please remember, the loop around Evanscove Circle is a school zone. Please drive carefully, and slowly when dropping off your babes for school in the AM.
